If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (email address: [email protected]), they will reply you in 24 hours(except weekends) and give you further information and some useful advice.
1.Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
2. Write your order number on the package to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
3. After we make sure that we have received the return package, we will contact you and give you a refund or an exchange.
Returnable Items:
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken/soiled or in the incorrect size/color upon arrival.
- Items are unwashed, unworn, unused, with tags and unaltered.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
- Washed, worn, used, tag-removed or misused items.
- Items well arrived but later than expected
- Items well arrived but do not like.
- Customer do not fit for the size chosen.
- The address is incomplete or incorrect. The address must be complete and include house number (or the address where the logistics can be delivered). If the logistics delivery is unsuccessful due to the wrong address and the product is not returned to us, we have the right to refuse a refund;
- Items under the following categories:
- Clearance
- Swimwear
Note: MissFox will be in charge for shipping cost of the products which meet the Returnable Items. Customers will pay for shipping cost of the products which meet the Non-Returnable Items.
How Do I Return Something?
STEP. 1: Send a Return Request by Sending an email to Missfox Customer Service Team ([email protected]). Please Remember to include The following Details in The Request for Faster Processing:
- the Order Number
- the Name of The Item you want to return.
- reasons for wanting to return the items (Size/Quality/Other Reasons…)
- photos of the items to be returned.
For reference:
*For returns because of issues with the fit/size of the item(s), kindly Send us photos with the measurement visible from the item(s).
*For returns because of issues with the condition/quality of the item(s), kindly include photos highlighting the specific issues with the item(s).
Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will give a response to your request within 24-48 hours.
(There will be instances that we will not be able to attend to your issue due to High email volume but rest assured that we will be working round the clock to answer all emails and calls as fast as possible.)
Depending on the cause of the return, we may provide you with Better Options, But the final decision depends on you. When you need return the package, please contact our customer service first.
Step 3: After shipping the package, request the “Tracking Number” of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative through email that you have shipped the package and provide us with the “Tracking Number”.
Step 4: Once we receive the package, we will process a refund for the item(s) within 1-2 business days.
Note:
Refund is available for both full-price and sale/discounted items. If you purchase the item(s) at a full price, you will receive a full refund for the item(s). If your payment includes promotions or discounts, you will receive the sale/discounted price for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Refund?
The time for you to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used. Here are the expected times of each payment method:
